To provide administrative and operational support to team of Relationship Managers.

Main responsibilities

  • Assisting Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work : monitoring of deposits, loans, and bonds; cash management; corporate actions; buy and sell recommendations
  • Handling client queries in an independent manner
  • Creating KYC files with the support of the Relationship Manager(s) and managing the accounts opening and closing process
  • Managing the Relationship Manager’s agendas
  • Preparing client visits
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
  • Supporting the team with compliance or client-related projects as and when required

Required skills

  • Commercial, economics or legal studies
  • Fluent in English, Russian and French (other languages an asset)
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Excellent presentation

Description du poste

Responsabilités

  • Gestion du support niveau 1 et 2 sur les différents outils informatiques
  • Gestion des différents équipements réseaux (switchs, routeurs, central téléphonique)
  • Déploiement des nouveaux postes dans les succursales

Rôles et environnements

Support

  • Assurer le support et la maintenance informatique des employés (PC, printers, réseau…)
  • Gérer les problèmes hardware ou réseaux dans les différentes succursales
  • Elaborer et mettre à jour les procédures

Téléphonie

  • Installer les nouveaux téléphones et les paramétrer

Projet

  • Aider l’équipe de Genève à déployer les projets dans les succursales
  • Aider le déménagement dans le nouveau bâtiment de Wollerau ainsi que la communication avec les prestataires allemands

Profil recherché

  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Microsoft (Serveurs, Office…etc), ainsi que d’un outil de « ticketing »,
  • Connaissance de l’environnement bancaire (atout)
  • Résistance au stress
  • Ouvert d’esprit
  • Dynamique, flexible, autonome, appréciant le travail en équipe et orienté services
  • Langues : français, anglais et allemand courants (italien un atout)
  • Nationalité Suisse ou Permis de travail valable

About you

  • Age: 20 – 35 years
  • Beginners are welcome
  • Valid working permit for Switzerland
