Use the "one" app of Viseca on your smartphone or connect to the web portal to block your card immediately. If you don't have any access to the "one" portal of Viseca, get in touch with our Customer Care service by filling the form below to block your card or by email at email@example.com.
How can I get a replacement card?
If needed, you can contact our Customer Care service by filling the form below or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will send you a replacement card worldwide.
Can I change the PIN code of my card?
You can change the PIN code of your credit or prepaid Visa card at any ATM. If you have lost your PIN code, you can ask for a new one in the "one" app of Viseca. You can also contact our Customer Care service by filling the form below or by email at email@example.com.
Are my online purchases secured?
All the transactions made on websites compatible with 3-D Secure are secured and need you to validate the payment through the "one" app of Viseca or with a code sent by SMS.
