Use the Swiss Bankers app to block your card immediately. Then contact our Customer Care service by filling the form below or by email at customercare@cimbanque.ch to get a new card. A new card is sent to you with the remaining balance at the time the card was lost or stolen.

If necessary, the Swiss Bankers prepaid card can be replaced worldwide by contacting our Customer Care service by filling the form below or by email at customercare@cimbanque.ch.

Yes! The PIN code can be changed by yourself using the Swiss Bankers app.

MasterCard SecureCode ensures the security of all your online transactions. In addition, the card is not linked directly to your CIM Bank account, you can only use the available card balance.
