Have you found the same product for a lower price 14 days from your purchase? No problem, the best price insurance will reimburse you the price difference up to 2'000 CHF per year.
Warranty extension
The warranty of your product expired, and it just broke down? No worries, the warranty extension will guarantee your product for 12 additional months for the Mastercard Silver credit card and 24 months for the Mastercard Gold credit card.
Travel cancelation fees insurance

How to apply for a Mastercard credit card online?
CIM Bank’s credit cards are only available to our customers. If you already have an account with us, you can get in touch with our customer care service by mail at customercare@cimbanque.ch. They will send you the Mastercard credit card application form. If you are not a CIM Bank customer yet, click below to open your account now!
What should I do in case of loss or theft of my card?
Use the "one" app of Viseca on your smartphone or connect to the web portal to block your card immediately. If you don't have any access to the "one" portal of Viseca, get in touch with our Customer Care service to block your card.
How can I get a replacement card?
If needed, you can contact our Customer Care service. They will send you a replacement card worldwide.
Can I change the PIN code of my card?
You can change the PIN code of your credit or prepaid MasterCard card at any ATM. If you have lost your PIN code, you can ask for a new one in the "one" app of Viseca or by contacting our Customer Care service at customercare@cimbanque.ch.
Are my online purchases secured?
All the transactions made on websites compatible with 3-D Secure are secured and need you to validate the payment through the "one" app of Viseca or with a code sent by SMS.
