Use the "one" app of Viseca on your smartphone or connect to the web portal to block your card immediately. If you don't have any access to the "one" portal of Viseca, get in touch with your Relationship Manager to block your card.
How can I get a replacement card?
If needed, you can contact your Relationship Manager, who will send you a replacement card worldwide.
Can I change the PIN code of my card?
You can change the PIN code of your credit or prepaid MasterCard card at any ATM. If you have lost your PIN code, you can ask for a new one in the "one" app of Viseca or by contacting your Relationship Manager.
Are my online purchases secured?
All the transactions made on websites compatible with 3-D Secure are secured and need you to validate the payment through the "one" app of Viseca or with a code sent by SMS.
